We're glad to welcome you to this Online Training Program on Basic and Advanced Life Support by the Philippine Heart Association!

For all us Healthcare workers and Allied Health Professionals, as we continuously safeguard the health and lives of our patients, it has become imperative for us to be knowledgeable, quick-witted and be proficient in skills for resuscitation once we see a patient needing emergency care. In the Basic Life Support course, you will learn the fundamentals on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, use of an automated defibrillator as well as management of foreign-body airway obstruction. For the Advanced Life Support course, you will be engaged in more complex concepts on Resuscitation science that we apply in the hospital setting from airway management, arrhythmia recognition and its application to cardiac arrest management.

This Online Training program will be the first major part of the whole Training Course which will include didactic video lectures on all relevant topics for Basic and Advanced Life Support before undergoing the second part of the course to be conducted on separate scheduled face-to-face facilitated training workshops on defibrillation and airway management. The whole BLS-ACLS training course will be completed upon final evaluation via Megacode Simulation facilitated by our PHA trainers on scheduled face to face meetings
